It's a Jungle Out There is the first full-length
album released by Mastedon, the studio project
formed by former Kansas singer and keyboardist
John Elefante, together with his brother Dino and
a host of superb musicians including REO
Speedwagons Dave Amato, Alan Parsons and
Ambrosias David Pack, It was released originally
in 1989. Long out-of-print, this luxury and
remastered reissue adds 3 bonus tracks: Wasnt It
Love (released originally in the compilation
California Metal vol.1 in 1987) and the live
versions of Islands In The Sky and Right Hand,
recorded in 1991 during one of the rare live
performances of Mastedon.
