Hemina is a Progressive Metal band from Sydney, Australia. The
band is dedicated to an eclectic sound that balances extremes of
mood, texture and dynamics in order to sculpt a musical journey
for its listeners. Through a combination of the sonic extremities
and virtuosity one can come to expect of Progressive Metal as
well as the artistic sensitivity and forward-thinking direction
of Progressive Rock, Hemina attempts to mark their own spot in
the musical world

Hemina has its first album 'Synthetic' written in entirety, which
should be expected for release in 2011. This EP, 'As We Know It'
is a sample of what is to be expected in the narrative-driven
