When I was in my early teens two things ruled my life, Beavis & Butt-Head and metal (video games found their way in there too). Now, thanks to a couple of members of Methadone Abortion Clinic, these two personal favorites have become one. It's seriously more than I could have imagined.

This is straight up grooving goregrind laced with TONS of B&B clips. It's easily the best thing the guys in MAC have done. You have all of the staples of goregrind: grooves, pitch shifted vocals, and heavy ass guitars. They mix in some snotty sounds punkish vocals here and there as well. For just two dudes, a drum machine, and a home recording, this ep sounds excellent. Obviously I've focused on mainly B&B, but as far as goregrind goes, this stuff is awesome and I'm typically not a big fan of the genre.

You get 20 tracks in less than 20 minutes. Something like this shouldn't last any longer than that anyway. The B&B clips are like a walk down comedy lane. Having watched the episodes way too much, I instantly get a laugh when I hear them all. I also enjoyed that the band was able to use B&B clips to make fun of their own music. Example after 2 different songs "aaaaah, what the hell is this crap?!?!" and "that sucked, at least it was short. They should make them all this long."

If you like goregrind and Beavis & Butt-Head I really see absolutely no reason for you to not listen to this. Even without the audio clips the music is definitely very solid for the genre.
