2006 - Out Here All Night

got started in Boston, MA playing little clubs and dives back in '02, signed with RCA Records, released an album called "From The Attic", did some US tours, worked our way up to the main stage on Warped Tour and did Japan in '03, took a break to make a new record called "Out Here All Night" and to do some laundry in '04, signed with Island/Def Jam in '05 , toured the US like maniacs, won some awards, learned a lot about NASCAR and went back to Japan in '06, toured the UK twice, did Donington, saw Motley and began recording a new album in '07 and completed "Roll The Dice" in '08. Whew.

Shorter version: Woods laughed a lot, Vaz bought a bunch of pants, Dustin videotaped everything and Noelle drove the van more than she probably should have.

Let's ask Vazquez what he thinks. "It seems like such a short time but we saw so much of the world so fast. I'm grateful for every day of it because, well hey, we have the best job there is."

So what do we think about the new album? "It's a cool direction for us," says Dustin, "we tried some stuff we haven't done before."

Noelle agrees. "Yeah, we were out in Vegas for a week and I remember suggesting to the guys they should try singing lead vocals on some of the new tracks."

"The new record has all of the elements of lust, rebellion, life and, I guess, love. I think I have written another pretty honest album." says Woods. "It's all about the trials and tribulations of life in a rock 'n roll band."

Here’s what some of the major press outlets across the world have already said about Damone:

"...a tried and true formula: starting punchy, then beating you over the head with power chords and a hook-y chorus. - Rolling Stone

"The band have spit-polished their already slick sound into something that's more crafty pastiche than pop-culture derivative. The glam-metal jones is intact...- Alternative Press

"...like Joan Jett fronting Pyromania-era Def Leppard. - Revolver

"Cheap Trick licks take a Cars turn into a Van Halen Eruption." - CMJ

"...the femme-led quartet...make the songs stick like bubble gum in your hair" - SPIN
