Is a singer and guitarist with vast experience in the music industry. He has played with various Bands and Duos and has also done studio session work. He has a hit song that reached number 18 on the New Zealand Charts to his credit. He has chosen a music repertoire, which enables him to cater for different areas of the entertainment industry, ranging from easy listening background music to up-tempo classic rock in many different styles. Offering the highest quality Professional backing tracks so as to compliment his singing and guitar playing and therefore giving a quality performance.
Hailing from Brisbane AUSTRALIA Ofsoski is the music project of multi instrumentalist Richard Ofsoski. The music is diverse in style with progressive, classical, Ambient, Goth elements fused together with a varying heavy metal backbone to create a unique style. All of the music was written, performed, recorded and produced by Richard with guest female vocals provided on 'Termination' and 'Faded Memory' by Joey Tsai. The album "Later Than Never" also includes powerful vocals, epic orchestration, big guitar riffing topped with shredding solos with an emphasis on strong melody. The album has been released independently and has received high praise from various webzines plus amazing feedback from a steadily growing group of supporters. The future of Ofsoski is extremely exciting with work currently underway for an very promising second release due later in 2007 Sedition (Aus)
Traditional, Power, Thrash mix Former/past member(s) Bio Sedition formed in 1999, unleashing their own brand of traditional 80's-style heavy metal on Brisbane's live music venues. They released their first full-length album Arcane Secrets in 2001. After some line-up shuffles and periods of absence from the live scene, the band rebuilt its line-up in 2005, recruiting Andrew Dowling on bass, Brendan Moore on drums and Richard O on vocals. After the disbandment of Sydney power metal act Dungeon in December 2005, Dowling left Sedition to move to Sydney and play bass for Lord (which rose from the ashes of Dungeon). Subsequently, ex-Dungeon and ex-Mobstar bass player Glenn Williams was recruited to join the ranks of Sedition. The band are recording demos with the current line-up and aim to re-establish their name in the live scene in 2006. ______________________________________________ Demo (1999)
